Graduating from school, whether it is high school or college, is a major achievement worthy of celebration. Throw a graduation party for your high school or college graduate. Invite friends and family to come join in the celebration. But first, make your own graduation centerpieces to decorate the tables at the party. Utilize inexpensive school supplies, pictures of the graduate and awards and medals they have earned through the years.
Instructions
- 1
Fill a glass hurricane with pencils, crayons, erasers, chalk, highlighters and a bookmark. Make a chain of paper clips and wrap it around the hurricane. Close the chain to fasten it around the glass container.
2Place a stapler, a small stack of lined paper and an apple around the base of the hurricane. Place three tea candles around the arrangement to add some decorative light. Use this arrangement to decorate some of the tables.
3Arrange framed pictures of the graduate and awards the graduate earned in a cluster in the center of other tables. Place a few tea candles around these as well. Lay any medals the graduate earned around the outside of the cluster like you arranged the candles.
4Place vases filled with flowers in the school's colors on other tables. Attach the graduate's school pictures, from all the different years, to 1/8-inch wooden dowels. Place the school picture dowels in with the flowers to create a picture bouquet.
